Comfort Wedding
Anyone get a plain wedding dress with the intention of going all out with accessories?
I’m thinking about it. Fit and comfort (and cost!) are really important to me, so I was thinking it might make sense just to get a blank slate of a dress that fits really good and then adding whatever embellishment I want, probably some sleeves, a sash, maybe some jewels/flowers/feathers, whatever it takes to make it “me”.
Would love to hear from anyone who has done this. Feel free to post pics!
That’s what I want to do! I want a very slim-cut dress with no poof, and then I’ll bling it up with some combination of a statement necklace, stacks of bracelets, great earrings, and a vintage brooch as a hairpin.

But thinking about it, that’s my style in “normal life” too. I like classic clothes that aren’t too trendy, then let my personality shine with fantastic jewelry, shoes, or scarves.
