Why do people need so much sleep?
I know people need to rest and regain energy and all, but out of the science behind sleeping, if you think about it, sleep is really weird. Laying down on a soft cotton filled colored silk for nearly 50% of everyday. I guess more of my question is why do people need so much sleep?
no one needs to be sleeping 50% of our daily lives away. (unless they are an infant) we need just enough sleep to be refreshed and rested.
too much sleep can make one sluggish. too much sleep is usually a sign of depression anyways.
