How to package cowboy boots for ebay?
How would I go about packaging weighty items like cowboy boots for shipment? Do I need to go to the post office and have them weigh them and buy a box? or get a box there and have them weigh and get stamps? Do I need to figure out packaging and package them before I list the item on ebay? Help!
and labeling: does ebay help you print a label after the sale to put on the box?
I would say that the most important thing is to make sure that you get the box that fits them with no extra space. That will keep them from moving around and also will limit your shipping cost. A common tendency for people on Ebay (I hve made this mistake myself) is to ship items in boxes or packages that will make them spend more on postage than they should. Keep that in mind and I would suggest a box or a priority mail box packing it with newspaper as efficiently as possible without compromising the safety of the package.
