A lot of people will run from store to store or website to website trying to find colored chocolates for their creations. But with a supply of milk, white and dark chocolate, plus a few bottles of candy color, you can actually make every color under the rainbow. Some of the common combinations include:
Red plus Yellow = Orange
Red plus Blue = Purple
Red plus White = Pink
Blue plus Yellow = Green
Blue plus Green = Turquoise
Blue plus Orange = Brown or use *
Black plus White = Silver or use **
Milk Chocolate plus Red = Pepperoni
**Black = Dark Chocolate
*Brown = Milk Chocolate
By combining different concentrations of the primary colors, you can make your own shades of the pastel colors by combining them with white chocolate.
Directions For Making Colored Chocolates
Melt your chocolate wafers as shown in Beginner’s Course Part 1
Use candy colors (oil-based) only when working with chocolate. You can not use food colors because these are a water-based product. You will not be able to mix in any product known as a food color.
Use a toothpick to easily add liquid or jell candy color. If you are using a powder, sprinkle gently. You generally do not need a lot of coloring. Start slow and add only a few drops. You can add more if you wish a deeper shade of color.
Stir completely after each addition. Also re-heat the chocolate gently 15-20 seconds after each stir. As the chocolate heats back up, the color will intensify in shade.
Keep adding color by the drops, stir and heat until you reach the shade you desire.
Heat back to pouring temperature( by using your thermometer) until you reach 95 to 100 degrees.
If you accidentally make your color too dark, add some more white chocolate to your bowl until you reach the shade you desired.
Adding color to all of your chocolate creations will also make the compliments start pouring in. No one will ever believe you were that creative to do it all on your own.

Red Alert 3 Custom Map Problem?
I just downloaded an Red Alert 3 Maps from the EA site. My friend’s copy works fine but mine, I get the terrain BLACK. What should I do?
