See all of the Pokemon in the Sinnoh ‘Dex, then Rowan will give you the National ‘dex. Down in Route 221 is Pal Park. Put your GBA gamecard into the GBA slot on the DS. Make sure the Pokemon you want to trade is in your party (Sapphire) Enter Pal Park. Go up to that random guy at the counter and talk to him. Enter the catching show and try to catch the pokemon that you want to trade. Once you have caught them, You will never be able to trade your Pokemon back into Sapphire.
