Help solve this stupid head gear arguement (10pts best answer) Is it ok to call a baseball cap a hat?
My boyfriend says no it should be called a cap. I say any garment worn on the head can be called a hat. I mean a boot is still a shoe right? Yea there are many styles of hats like CAP, Beanie, and beret but they are all ultimately hats right? Who is right?
a hat is a hat. it may be a cap style, but whether it is a fedora, baseball hat, or one of those things a british guard wears, it fits into the catagory of hat.
