My Heavenly Teacher “JiGong” very often will descend from Heaven in the temple of Tao to teach us. This is one of his teachings on health and how to live a healthier life:
1] Why do human beings fall sick? It is because of too much desire. It is easy to fall sick when one has too much desire and thought; or eat something that one should not eat, talk something one should not speak; or think something one should not think. You will fall sick easily since you are not satisfied. You will feel no sickness if you are satisfied and happy with your mental situation. All kinds of greed, anger, and ignorance will cause the diseases of physical bodies and then come out the unpredictable, unknown ill temper.
2] Think less, desire little, and then you will have much better spiritual state. Therefore, worry makes the damages of spirit; greed hurts the physical body. Do not have too much lust.
3] The magic medicine is to “say good words often.”
4] Pure heart, few desires, speak and behave carefully will cause less sickness.
5] Your present minds are too disorderly that even Heaven have difficulty with sending message in your dreams. Then when can you receive the indication from Heaven?
6] Repent and express your heart to Heaven first whenever you are not feeling well. Cultivate from the basic step. Everything will be fine when your heart is calm and tranquil.
7] To be sincere is the good medicine for all kinds of illness and pains. You have to count on your own sincere heart towards Heaven, devote yourself to sentient beings.
8] Tao cultivation is actually people learning from each other by exchanging views and experiences, and to contemplate, chip away and polish the bad habits. Therefore, don’t be afraid of failure; the more frustration one endures the more courage one will accumulate. Keep your heart calm and peaceful then your energy will be in harmony; let the True-Nature be steadfast and soul collected. You will be healthy when you keep your heart calm and your mind peaceful. If your True-Nature, your Soul is unusually ill at ease at the helm, you will be disturbed and not knowing what to do. How can you be healthy?
9] Living in this earthly world, it’s natural for you to have ups and downs. When you encounter either situation, how do you deal with them? Don’t be frightened at heart. Let it be! Be careful that your mind may fluctuate according to the outward changes, then, vexations, restless thoughts, pains and sorrows may arise.
10] In the growing process, everyone has failed and made mistakes. Don’t be afraid of making mistakes. But you should be careful not to adhere obstinately to error. Everyone is able to listen to the philosophy of the truth, and understands it, too! Yet the level of everyone’s understanding is different from one another. Because of the difference, we can see different levels. However, the level difference is by no means absolute. It does not mean high or low, either. It only indicates which individual is able to understand the truth more quickly or which one needs more time to be enlightened. It is nothing but a matter of affinity, opportunity of time vouchsafed by Heaven, favorable geographical position, support of the people.

What does this dream mean?
I feel like im awake but i also feel like im sleeping. There is a white figure that is hovering above me. I cant see its face but it is a heavenly white color. its in a white choir robe looking thing. i cant say anything and i cant scream for help even though i try. my daughter and niece have seen it and they were not sleeping. i have had this dream type thing many times before. the next thing i know im awake and screaming. it doesnt try to reach out to me it just hovers above me.
Since you can’t say anything why don’t you calm down and think what you want to say to it. If you have had this dream before and no harm has come to you, what makes you think it will happen now. Maybe it is a angel of God watching over you and your family. Be thankful you have a guardian angle there.
