i am not quite sure what you are asking. if your asking what muscles you will develop certainly it will be your legs, specifically your calf’s and your quads. wearing the high heels will more than likely give you a nice teardrop look at the base of your quads.
also you will undoubtedly improve the strength of your heart. i have never attempted to walk up a hill in high heels but i am sure it would be very challenging.
