How high of a profit should I set for some jewelry I made?
Actually, my best friend made it, but she wants me to sell it for her, and I want to know how high I should set the price.
Setting the price of a product is always difficult.
There are generally 2 ways of setting price
1) you can start with the costs (material, time) and then add a markup
2) you look at how much similar products are sold for
I would look online for products similar to what you have and determine if that price would cover your costs.
The ultimate test is if the product sells, adjust the price if they sell too fast or too slow.
