What would you say from experience is the Best airline to fly domestically ?
This would be for a Chicago – LA – Round trip.
Which tends to have the best seats ( comfort)

I had good luck with Jet Blue. Good fares. They fly into Long Beach and Burbank, not LAX.
No domestic airline has good food. Jet Blue has unlimited drinks and snacks. You are better off bringing your own food on than buying any airline food on any airline. But they have free TV and XM radio at every seat – bring your own headphones. Seats are very comfortable and they were on time.
You have to book directly through their website. You can’t use sites like Expedia since they are technically a discount airline. But I found their quality better than any of the other airlines.
EDIT – Alaskan serves LAX but I don’t believe it goes to Chicago from there.
